What Does It Involve

As a Personal Trainer I create one-on-one or one-on-two movement programmes for my clients, motivating and guiding you to achieve your goals.

Your goals will be SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time bound. I will help you set these.

As my Client, you may wish to lose weight or gain muscle or change your body
composition or improve your fitness or get rid of pain or just feel better. As your Personal Trainer I will teach, guide, encourage and help you to exercise properly using workouts and specific plans. Workouts and plans that are specific for you and for where you are currently at in your life and guided by your capacity to your current movement ability.

So you know that you should be moving, but you are not. You don’t have time, money,
time, you are too tired, over weight, it’s just not the right time, you can’t be bothered or you just have way too much stuff to do that is more important than exercising or moving. (What is more important than your health?). Or a really good one is, I all ready exercise, I do the gardening and housework, that’s exercise. Gardening and housework even though you are doing active activities, you will generally be more static during a lot of the gardening and cleaning processes i.e. bent over pulling out the weeds or cleaning the toilet or shower base. And it is likely that you are not moving correctly during these processes either. However you could be. Stick around and I will explain.

So what if I could create a movement plan specifically for you, designed around your lifestyle and medical history and pain threshold, designed around your time and the amount of effort that you are prepared to put in? What is my plan for you? To have you feeling better and consequently looking better, we all know that when we feel better we like what we see in the mirror. When you are moving functionally and without pain and discomfort, you will want to do more, more of everything. Oh yes and the side effects of movement and moving correctly is body toning and
shaping, fat loss, anti-aging, increased productivity and a better immune system (and we all need this security right now).
